Sessions are conducted in small groups and there is no sharing of negative experiences. 
Instead, it's time for you to settle down, to quiet your mind, to calm your body and enjoy the peace and comfort that deep relaxation brings.

During six sessions you will:
  • Enjoy the experience of feeling more relaxed than perhaps you've ever felt before
  • Let go of tired, out-dated, negative ways of thinking and responding
  • Utilise your inner resources and magnify the positives in your life
  • Learn a new response to situations where, before, you may have felt anxious or stressed 
  • Open yourself to healing, physically and emotionally
  • Discover a new confidence so that you approach all situations with a sense of calm and control
  • Explore abundance, what it means to you and how you can attract more of it
